This section of the XXXXX Library Digital Classroom Collections website is dedicated to providing support for teachers in teaching with material from the NL collections. The materials are inquiry-based, following the recommendations of the C3 Framework, created by the National Council for the Social Studies and fifteen other organizations.

The concept behind each lesson or activity is to engage students in inquiry-based learning and teach them historical thinking. The aim is to get students to generate their own questions about the sources and find the answers through examination, critical thinking, and additional research.[KC1]
